PISTACHIO VARIETIES GROWN IN THE MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRIES

Demand for pistachios is high in the world market. A large number of tasty, large-nut varieties of Handon pistachios have been selected, and this particular variety of nut is in high demand. Many varieties of pistachios are grown in Iran, Turkey, Syria, Tunisia from the Mediterranean countries, with a high degree of nut opening and pleasant pulp. This article presents information about pistachio varieties grown in the above countries and analyzes the literature
