dynareOBC: DynareOBC v1.4.1124

This is a major release with new features, bug fixes and improved documentation. Key changes: Additional tests for being a p-matrix, and greater verbosity of existing tests. New options to help select alternate equilibria. Fixes for models using the loglinear keyword. Updated theory paper (improved intuition and literature review). Updated computational paper (made clearer what the cubature algorithm computes, and that it is still not full RE). New example models. Made ReadMe.pdf clearer. Other bug/issue fixes
