ABSTRACT: Adolescence is a stage in life in which many students undergo social, emotional, academic, and moral changes. Psychiatric problems and markers of mental disorders are highly prevalent among students, ranging from distress and anxiety to depression and sleep disorders. Continuation of minor symptoms during adolescence can possibly lead to major depression, insomnia, and panic disorder in adulthood.
