In this article, we consider the features of the clinical course of hypogonadotropic hypogondism, its etiology and pathogenesis in women of reproductive age with inactive pituitary adenoma. According to the literature, clinical manifestations of hypogonadotropic (or secondary) hypogonadism may be the first and only manifestations of hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction in adult patients with various pituitary neoplasms. Knowledge of the features of the clinical manifestations of hypogonadism in this category of patients can help clinicians as an early diagnosis of a pituitary tumor
