Purpose of our study was to the causes febrile seizures with perinatal lesions of the nervous system in young children. In total 60 children aged 1 month to 1 years with febrile convulsive syndrome received by the Department of Emergency Pediatrics. Children were under observation were divided into 3 groups: 1st - children with convulsive syndrome, perinatal cerebral ischemia-hypoxia were born in time. In the 2nd group consisted of premature infants with perinatal cerebral ischemia-hypoxia, the third group included children with no pathology in the perinatal period with a febrile seizure syndrome.
