Assessing the dynamics of Mycobacterium bovis infection in three French badger populations

This is the badgertub R package. This package can be downloaded in a R working directory, and then installed from within R with the command line: install.packages("badgertub_1.0.tar.gz", type="source") The vignette of the package explains how to access the data and reproduce the analyses of the paper by Calenge et al. Once this package has been installed, the vignette can be accessed from within R with the command line: vignette("badgertub"
