Management of patients on antithrombotics undergoing emergency or elective gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy has become a common and important clinical challenge. The basic aim of the study is to explore and analyze the different management methods of oral anticoagulation therapy after gastrointestinal bleeding. This cross sectional study was conducted in Allied Hospital, Faisalabad during March 2019 to January 2020.
