ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ БУДІВЕЛЬНОГО СЕКТОРУ В ЕКОНОМІКАХ КРАЇН СВІТУ

It defines the essence of the construction sector and its place in the economy of the country. The development of the enterprises of the construction sector in various countries of the world through the use of industry indicators: level of industrial production, material intensity, energy intensity, import dependence, market, export orientation, import dependence of production. Defined by the integral indicator of the development of the construction sector in each European country. Estimated the effect of sectoral indicators in the construction sector in 36 countries on their GDP using a dynamic balance sheet cross-sexn regression for 2011-2016 by using multivariate statistical analysis identified 6 groups of countries, each of which has the General features of functioning of the enterprises of the construction sector. The development of enterprises in the construction sector of Ukraine prevents many multidimensional problems of socio-economic, financial, institutional, technological and organizational nature. Despite the great scientific potential of researchers, remain a number of unsolved questions concerning the development of housing, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction, in particular the extension of the possibilities of using mechanisms of public-private partnerships in the construction sector; the harmonization of construction and socio-economic needs of society; the establishment of institutional environment for the effective functioning of enterprises of the construction sector; ensuring innovative development of the construction. It actualizes the need for a theoretical-methodological substantiation of strategic priorities and mechanisms of development of the construction sector of Ukraine, in particular the use of the valuable for Ukraine the international experience in the development of construction, and that led to the choice of research topic
