Changes in this release: Preferences allow a user to set a custom time in milliseconds to jump forward or back in a video for keyboard commands. Previously this value was hard-coded at one second. The mini-jump key command will jump forward/back 1/10th of this value. Fixed a bug introduced by JavaFX upgrade that occurred when searching for an association. Added a button to allow users to delete durations that may have been set on individual annotations
