Objective: The purpose of our study was to find out the relationship amongst obesity and iron deficiency in Pakistan. Study Design: An observational cross-sectional study. Place and Duration: This study was conducted at Services Hospital Lahore for the duration of one year starting from November, 2019 to October, 2020. Methodology: In our present study we included 240 patients in which 80 patients were normal weight, 80 patients were overweight and 80 patients were obese. We collected 5ml blood from all the patients. Transferrin saturation, serum iron levels, serum ferritin levels, total iron binding capacity and blood complete picture were performed by us.
