Aim:This study aimed to determine sleep quality status among women adult age ≥18living at National Guard residential city in Jeddah,2018. Method:this was a cross sectional study where a total of 252women adults were studied. Participants were recruited using multistage sampling. Face to face interview was used to collect data on socio-demographic and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used to measure sleep quality.
