Disorders in patients who develop squamous cell carcinoma can lead to severe conditions. The present case study evidences the advance of this pathology in a patient who goes to the medical services when the problem has advanced. Objective- To describe the case of a patient who underwent surgery to remove a tumor from the vulvar region to prevent it from triggering in severe states. Method - Surgery of a vulvar tumor, performed on a female patient of 62 years.
