Abstract: An Industrial Attachment is a structured, college-graded work experience in a professional work setting during which the student applies and acquires knowledge and skills. It involves the application of learnt skills in an organization related to the student’s major. This study evaluated the effectiveness of industrial attachment training for students of the Bachelor of Purchasing and Supplies Management (BPSM) program of Murang’a University of Technology (MUT).
