The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect contributions of school principals' transformational leadership, work climate, and achievement motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Teweh Baru District, North Barito Regency. The method used in this study is a correlational method with a quantitative approach that is formalized into a path analysis model. 263 teachers from 25 elementary schools in Teweh Baru District, North Barito Regency constituted the study population. 159 respondents were chosen for the study sample using the proportional allocation formula and simple proportionate random sampling.
