Session held at the Marie Curie Alumni Association Annual Conference 2023 There is currently a movement towards reforming the research(er) assessment system to incentivise and reward researchers who actively engage in Open Science practices. The OPen Universal Science project (OPUS) aims to gather feedback from various stakeholder groups about how the research system can best reward researchers for engaging with Open Science practices. The audience were asked (i) about their awareness of and attitudes towards Open Science, (ii) the barriers and eventual solutions to implementing and practising Open Science, (iii) their opinion of a range of indicators and metrics and (iv) to cocreate new ways to reform research assessment
