This study aims to understand and analyze transformational leadership, work motivation, and work engagement that affect work productivity. In this study there is a mediating variable, so this study also analyzes the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on work productivity with work engagement as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used in research with an explanatory design. The technique of determining the sample size uses the Slovin formula, so that the number of representative samples in the study is 184 respondents.
