Abstract The study examines motivation and employee productivity among secondary school teachers in Benue State, Nigeria. A study of selected secondary school teachers in Makurdi, the study was designed to examine motivation and employee productivity among secondary school with emphasis on Mount Saint Gabriel Secondary School, Demonstration Secondary School and Gateway Comprehensive College allocated in Makurdi.
