In the context of the decentralization process of the public administration, the article explores in a comparative dimension the provisions of the draft National Strategy on the decentralization of the public administration and good practices in the decentralization process. The comparative analysis is performed through 3 stages of the decentralization process mentioned in the literature and announcements: the process of devolution, delegation and deconcentration.
