PARQUE ECOLÓGICO BOSQUE DOS PAPAGAIOS EM BOA VISTA-RR COMO ESPAÇO PÚBLICO NÃO FORMAL PARA O ENSINO DE CIÊNCIAS BIOLÓGICAS

This article addresses the theme of education, reflecting on teaching methodologies. In this sense, it aims to analyze the viability of the Bosque dos Papagaios Ecological Park in Boa Vista-RR as a non-formal space for the development of biological science teaching methodology. Therefore, research that the methodology of using non-formal teaching spaces constitutes spaces that provide education and the development of science and culture through visits to squares, green areas, ecological parks, forests, among others. Thus, the research methodology starts from a bibliographic review characterized as descriptive, and qualitative, under a systemic methodological approach, of an exploratory character, as it seeks to analyze the field class for the teaching of geography and chemistry, having as object of study the Bosque dos Papagaios Ecological Park in Boa Vista-RR. The measurement of results is based on the qualitative method and content analysis showing that the extra-class activities developed in ecological parks are in line with the common national curriculum (BNCC) and can significantly contribute to the teaching and learning process of students
