This archive contains the python codes to run the TVB-AdEx model of mouse, monkey and human brains. The models run in The Virtual Brain simulator, where AdEx mean-fields were implemented. This model reproduces two brain states, asynchronous activity similar to wakefulness, and slow-wave activiy similar to sleep and anesthesia.
