Universities in Nigeria have adopted online teaching and learning as a response to Covid-19 pandemic emergency. This study examined students' perception of online teaching during COVID-19 lockdown, described the students' attitude to online teaching during COVID-19 lockdown and assessed the relationship between students' perception of and attitude to online teaching during COVID-19 lockdown at Babcock University. The study used the survey research design. The sampling technique employed was multi stage sampling procedure to draw sample size of 365 for this study because of the need for effective coverage of the large population.
