ABSTRACT: Background: The aim of the present study is to assess the biofilm production among clinical isolates of Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in Tertiary Care Hospital, Central India. This aim were achieved under the following objectives such as antibiotic susceptibility pattern of Methicillin-Sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) and MRSA among isolate and phenotypic pattern of MRSA and detection and prevalence of biofilm producing MSSA and MRSA isolated obtain from various clinical samples.
