The current article focused on providing a comprehensive review on the Cesare Beccaria’s renowned books entitled “On Crimes and Punishments by Cesare Beccaria”. This books indicated the humanitarian approaches adopted by Cesare regarding laws and their purposes. The classical school of thought attributed to Cesare has strong roots in the international laws, and also emphasize on the local laws to follow the main aims behind laws and legislative systems.
