Multi-vector energy diagram, Great Britain; daily resolution

This slidepack is produced as an aid to teaching and learning to provide a sense of scale and seasonality to energy supply and demand in Great Britain. It is a reference of Great Britain’s recent energy transition, and an indication of the challenges ahead. The aggregate values are very close to those in the official statistics for Great Britain such as UK Energy Trends (https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/energy-trends), however, the data used to create this slidepack is from publicly available data, whereas the official values from the Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy have access to additional non-public data. Slidepack from 1.0.4 onwards are in the OpenDocument Presentation format (.odp) Version 1.0.2 onwards includes a slide that shows the amount of gas in storage on the same chart as the demand for gas, electricity and liquid fuel
