Acantholycosa baltoroi group Acantholycosa baltoroi group — Marusik et al. 2004: 112. Diagnosis. Members of this group can be easily distinguished based on the following features: palea with a prominent extension in the terminal part and a triangle-shaped projection on the posterior edge, robust terminal apophysis with bifurcate or truncate tip, and anchor-shaped septum (Marusik et al. 2004). Composition. This species group includes six species: A. baltoroi (Caporiacco, 1935) (Himalaya, Tibet and Central, Northern and Northeastern China), A. levinae Marusik, Azarkina & Koponen, 2004 (Altai Mountains), A. sergeevi sp. n. (Western Sayan Mountains), A. solituda (Levi & Levi, 1951) (Rocky Mountains, USA), A. sterneri (Marusik, 1993) (Southern Siberia and Mongolia) and A. zonsteini Marusik & Omelko, 2017 (Sikhote-Alin Mountains). Comments.
