The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effect of Organizational Culture, Spiritual Quotient on Job Satisfaction and Performance of State Senior High School Teachers in Jekan Raya, Palangka Raya. This research employed a quantitative with correlation technique (correlational research). The research population was teachers of three schools in Palangka Raya, namely SMAN 3 Palangka Raya, SMAN 4 Palangka Raya and SMAN 5 Palangka Raya. As many as 238 teachers and 159 respondents were taken as research samples taken with random sampling technique.
