This dataset is related to the paper "Imaging of the Ventral Intermediate Thalamic Nucleus at 7T" submitted to Scientific Reports - Nature. In this repository you could find the original MR images acquired from one young healthy subject (YS2, 26 y.o.). The provided dataset includes the following NifTI files: - MPRRAGE @3T - T2-w @3T - T2 CISS @3T - DWI @3T (together with the corresponding bvals and bvecs) - MP2RAGE @7T - SWI @7T Additionally we provide, again in NifTI format, the binary masks of the manual delineation of both left and right Vim respectively that were done on the SWI
