Abstract: In cement industry, companies are selling product that is high density and low value to weight ratio and focusing on economies of scale to earn more profit. In cement industry the competition is not among companies but between the supply chains and because of this supply chain management has become the effective way to achieve competitive advantage and improve organisation performance.
