ДЕЯКІ АСПЕКТИ МІЖНАРОДНОГО СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВА ПІД ЧАС РОЗСЛІДУВАННЯ КОРУПЦІЙНИХ ЗЛОЧИНІВ

The purpose of the article is to reveal and explore the main aspects of international cooperation in the investigation of corruption crimes. It is indicated that the issue of combating corruption is one of the most pressing issues facing both law enforcement agencies and the state as a whole, in particular in the context of fulfilling the international obligations undertaken for Ukraine's European integration into European society. Many reasons for the development of corruption are directly related to the difficulties of establishing an independent state of Ukraine as a member of the international and European level. It was found that the commission of corruption crimes in many cases is characterized by the presence of international relations and it is impossible to ensure their effective investigation without the use of international cooperation measures. It was concluded that in a number of cases the fulfillment of requests for international legal assistance is accompanied by shortcomings, which is associated with objective reasons (significant volumes of requested procedural actions, an increase in the number of applications to investigating judges with relevant requests in the framework of international requests, an increase in the number of documents, which must be attached to the materials of the request and the types of procedural actions that require the permission of the court), and subjective, caused by insufficient knowledge of domestic law enforcement officers of international and national legislation governing international cooperation in the course of criminal proceedings, forensic recommendations. Given the nature of modern corruption criminality, the entry of an international character, it is important that attention should be paid to improving measures of international cooperation. These are important and complex in procedural, organizational and tactical aspects of the event, requiring significant efforts, but also indicative of achieving high results. One of the main components of the formation and implementation of an effective system for combating corruption is a clear interaction of states, primarily their law enforcement agencies, at the regional and international levels, participation in activities to combat this negative phenomenon
