The study examined the impact of customer satisfaction on customer retention of some selected fast food restaurants in Enugu metropolis. The research was conducted to provide empirical evidence on the relationship existing between customer satisfaction and customer retention to assist the management of fast food restaurants in Enugu metropolis to initiate policies and programs that will help them to continue to satisfy their customers.
