This the codes and data used to produce results of the article Role of the quasi-particles in an electric circuit with Josephson junctions. It is a new algorithm to from self-consistent time dependent transport. Time dependent transport is compute by the software in development "t-Kwant". Both relies on Kwant package (Web page, article). Bound stats are found using a software in development (GitLab). The full code and data necessary to obtain the figure of the article are contained in this repository. The code is under development and not at all user friendly.
