Despite improvements in conventional construction techniques and material, building construction industry suffers from several issues like time delay, quality issues, higher costs, wastages, and pollution. In the immediate future, the industry is likely to shift to Pre- Cast methods of construction from conventional in-situ methods to overcome the above issues.
