We propose a faint debris detection algorithm, which is mainly divided into two stages.The first stage is to remove the stars from the image. Three consecutive images are subjected to wavelet transform to extract the corresponding components, and the median values of the corresponding components of the three consecutive images are respectively taken to eliminate the star point extraction. In the second stage, an improved version of the faint space target detection algorithm based on robust principal component analysis to transform the problem of image target detection into a low-rank matrix and sparse matrix separation problem
