ABSTRACT The present study aimed at evaluating the efficiency of two species of algae Coelastrella oocystiformis (Chlolrophyceae) and Klisinemapersicum (Cyanophyceae) to bio remediate the herbicide PALLAS 45® OD. Removal percentage R.P, Catalase CAT and Superoxide dismutase SOD enzymes, pH and electrical conductivity EC were the main parameters to measured bioremediation efficiency after incubation of studied algae at optimal growth condition in suitable culture media for each algae. Three concentrations of PALLAS 45® OD herbicide were tested (0.0,125,250 and 500)mg/l for 15 days experiments. The results showed that C. oocystiformis had R.
