Oxides of La2/3‑xLa3xTiO3 compositions have a perovskite structure in a wide range of x values. The main contribution to the formation of the perovskite structure is made by lanthanum ions, which satisfy the requirements for the A sublattice ions. Lithium ions decrease the number of vacancies and stabilize the structure. The substitution of lanthanum by lithium leads to a change from rhombic to tetragonal in crystal structure parameters. A study of La2/3‑xLa3xTiO3 complex oxides electrical conductivity revealed high cationic conductivity due to the movement of lithium ions. The electrical conductivity of La2/3‑xLa3xTiO3 is characterized by peculiarities corresponding to superionic conductors
