PALOMERA D1.2 – Quality and Risk Management Plan

The objective of quality and risk management is to establish and enforce effective management and quality procedures that will result in efficient monitoring of the project resource and high-quality project reports. Quality and risk management will necessitate the definition of a Quality Plan (tools and metrics), including specific measures to follow up the fulfilment of key performance indicators (KPI) and close monitoring of the risk next to the development of contingency plans. At each step of the project, it will be required to verify that standards, procedures, and metrics are defined, applied, and evaluated. Funded by the European Union.
