The code used to produce the results of this study is available at https://github.com/BodenmillerGroup/SCPathology_publication. OMEandSingleCellMasks.zip contains the ome-tiff stacks and the single-cell masks. TumorStroma_masks.zip contains masks for tumor and stromal regions.
