The Technology of Andre Malraux's Museum Art

The purpose of the research is to investigate the relevance of Andre Malraux’s museum technology (beyond virtual museums). The research methodology consisted in the analysis of the text of Andre Malraux’s «Voices of Silence» and synthesis of the received data. Conclusions. The significance of the «Imaginary museum» lies in the fact that it paves the way for the new area of research – museology. Malraux took a thorough look at the technology of museum representation in art museums. However, the main tool of these representations is the work of art itself. It is far more difficult to reflect other historical events, such as war or history of the whole state. A prospective area for research is further development of the theory of museology, which implies fundamental investigation of museum experience, as well as external influence on museum representation
