The article discusses the importance of attention to moral dilemmas in educational practices in health in bioethical context. Displays the ethical argument of Habermas's discussion where the argument must have space in dialogue and the definition of moral strangers coined by Tristram Engelhardt to describe people who defend their worldview, their beliefs and thoughts and at the same time, get to hear reviews and praise. After searching the database LILACS and SciELO were found and analyzed only two scientific articles that contain the descriptors of this work.
