This research paper focuses on understanding the impact of the Operational Excellence framework in business organizations. We attempt to answer how operational excellence (OPEX) and its subsystem strategies applied in organizations affect employee performance. It also answers how the individual or combined operational excellence subsystems impact organisational employee performance. The conclusion shows which working factors significantly affect the employee's overall work results or performance output. The impact of different work environment factors such as work set-up and location, shift schedules, scheduled leisure days, employee tenure, role and type of work is also presented.
