Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a major health concern, and understanding its molecular characteristics is crucial for improved diagnosis and treatment. In this study, we present a comprehensive analysis utilizing RNA-seq data and clinical information from Korean patients with colorectal cancer. Differential gene expression analysis identified significant gene expression changes between tumor and normal samples. Additionally, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) revealed dysregulated pathways associated with tumor progression. Furthermore, utilizing CMScaller, we successfully stratified colorectal cancer samples into distinct molecular subtypes. Our findings provide valuable insights into the molecular landscape of colorectal cancer in the Korean...
