Analysis of the state and areas of development of the housing and utilities industry of Ukraine.

The article analyzes the state and defines the main directions of development of the Ukrainian housing and communal services industry. Research on publications on this topic has identified a number of problematic issues that need to be addressed over the years. The analysis of income and expenditure indicators showed that housing and communal services are consistently unprofitable. PEST analysis and SWOT analysis were conducted, which allowed us to investigate external and internal factors of influence on the development of the industry.
