Acute coronary syndrome is one of many primary causes of mortality and morbidity in the world. Interventional therapy has been known to cause complications, which is in-stent restenosis (ISR). The CHA2DS2-VASc score consisted of 8 components that were thought to be associated with ISR. Several studies have suggested using the CHA2DS2-VASc score to predict the occurrence of ISR.
