The nematode Xiphinema californicum is a vector of three species of viruses of the genus Nepovirus. In its current area of occurrence, it causes heavy yield losses in many crops, including those found in Poland. At present, the probability of its establishment is slim due to the unfavorable climate. In the case of progressive climate change, the probability of its colonization increases, making this species have the potential to become a become a significant crop pest in the country.PL; pl; PDF; kwarantanna@iorpib.poznan.p
