The role of intellectual investments in the development of the country is analyzed. Expensive and highly liquid objects of intellectual property are noted. The issue of violations Of intellectual property rights in the humanitarian, scientific and technical spheres, in the field of non-traditional objects of intellectual creative activity of a person is considered. The offense factors in the field of copyright and related rights are analyzed on the basis of Article 50 of the Ukrainian Law «About Copyright and Related Rights». It is determined that intellectual values, which are the result of intellectual creative activity of a person in the humanitarian, scientific and technical and other spheres of public life, have a great intangible and property value, like any other properties, serve to their creators as a means of satisfying the needs in everyday life and image sense. These are works of science, literature, art, inventions, useful models, industrial designs, means of individualization of participants in civil circulation, non-traditional objects, as well as means of protection against unfair competition, etc
