RinSim: v3.2.3

RinSim is a logistics simulator written in Java. RinSim supports (de)centralized algorithms for dynamic pickup-and-delivery problems (PDP). The simulator is developed at the iMinds-DistriNet group at the dept. of Computer Science, KU Leuven, Belgium. Changes in this version: CollisionGraphRoadModel bug fix: when a road user is removed from the model the position it was occupying is now released which was previously not the case
