Introduction: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death world-wide. Although men have higher rates than women at all ages, and coronary disease occurs up to 10 years later in women. Aims and objectives: The basic aim of the study is to analyze the coronary arterial lesions in young patients with acute myocardial infarction. Material and methods: This descriptive study was conducted in DHQ Hospital, Gujranwala during October 2018 to March 2019.
