In the provided files, the software and results needed for the publication of "Reducing electron beam damage through alternative STEM scanning strategies. part II – attempt towards an empirical model describing the damage process" are attached (arXiv:2104.14992). In the folder experimental data, the needed data is provided. For the simulation, the results are also attached since the calculation time per simulation could take a couple of hour/days but it is still possible to perform these simulations if needed.
