This file includes datasets from ex vivo dielectric properties measurements performed on four ovine hearts at National University of Ireland Galway in July 2019. The preliminary results of this experiment were to be presented at EuCAP 2020 under the title "Detailed Dielectric Characterisation of the Heart and Great Vessels.
