The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of information systems, internal control, and work motivation on the performance of public services at the Civil Registry Office in Surabaya, Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were the employees of the Civil Registry Office. The sample in this study was 98 respondents. The data was obtained from the respondents through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and the results of the data were processed using SPSS.
